What TMS do you support?
We work with the main TMS platforms brokers and 3PLs run on: McLeod, Aljex, Turvo, MercuryGate, Tai, and Revenova. Different stack? The first call covers whether we can plug into it.
How long does a pilot take?
Our target is three weeks from kickoff to a working first workflow. If we scope something bigger, we tell you up front so nobody is surprised.
Where does our data live?
On infrastructure dedicated to your engagement. We don't pool client data across customers, and we use enterprise tiers on the LLM APIs we connect, with model training disabled. Full details in the DPA we send before you sign.
What if it doesn't work?
Pilots are fixed-fee with success criteria we agree on up front. If we miss them, you don't pay for production deployment. We'd rather lose a fee than push something live that isn't working.
How is this priced?
Audits and pilots are fixed-fee. Ongoing engagements are monthly retainers scoped by workflow count and seat usage. We aren't in the Big 4 consulting lane, and we don't price like them. We share a ballpark on the first call, so nobody wastes time.
